My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The room, although lacking windows as initially promised, was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they were incredibly helpful and took their time to assist us. The location, while central, had its drawbacks with some security concerns. The dining experience could use some improvement in terms of efficiency. However, the facilities were satisfactory.
